Postpartum Style

I am slowly starting to fit back into some of my pre-pregnancy clothes. The drastic change a woman's body makes while pregnant is crazy. I gained a total of 51 lbs when I was pregnant and have lost a total of 37 lbs in three weeks, I still have three more weeks until I get the ok to start working out again, but for now, I am still enjoying a little snacking. Instead of feeling uncomfortable or self-conscious with extra weight, I have decided to embrace my temporary shape and wear things that compliment my body. It's easy to get down on yourself because you may be sleep deprived, adjusting to life with a little one, and just do not feel like yourself, so it is important to make an effort to try and get dressed.
