Jewelry Designer, Kristen Noel Crawley

Let me just start by saying this interview is probably one of my proudest moments for the blog thus far! When I first thought of doing this series my goal was to go outside my comfort zone, let go of my fears and reach out to women I really admired. Even with the chance of being rejected, I knew the very first person I wanted to reach out to, and when Kristen took time out of her vacation to respond, I was ecstatic.
I would like to introduce you all to the lady behind KDIA Jewelry Kristen Noel Crawley, and owner of RSVP Gallery (Chicago). Not only does she balance running a jewelry line, but finds time to raise her son, be a wife, jet-set around the world, and maintain a social life. What may be even more amazing than her closet is Kristen's extensive beauty cabinet, so it's only right that she is a beauty ambassador for Dior. As a business owner and woman, she embodies the grace and style that defines the real meaning of beauty. I got the opportunity to ask Kristen a few questions on beauty, who inspires her, and she shared a few words of advice for women on loving yourself!

When do you feel most beautiful?
I feel most beautiful after spa treatments. My skin is always so soft and smooth, I love that feeling.

Your skin is amazing, what are some of your go-to beauty products?

Thank you! I love m-61 products found at Blue Mercury. I'm particularly a fan of Dr Sebagh's exfoliating mask as well. I use it twice a week.

Are there any women who inspire you, and if so who?
Yes! My girlfriends inspire me every day and of course, the women in my family. They are all strong and very driven. My sister, for example, was the first person in our family to go to college and she is now a lawyer!

If you could give young women any advice on being confident, what would it be?
Just to love yourself. God made you who you are for a reason. When I was in high school I was extremely self-conscious about my weight (too skinny) and my nose (too big). If I would've listened to my insecurities I would've definitely gotten plastic surgery, but I eventually grew into my nose and my weight evened out. I'm grateful that I never changed anything because I love how I look now. A quote that I hear all the time that resonates so well with me is "if you don't love yourself, who will?"
