Home exercise Apps you should download

I know with every new year, we all make resolutions to get in better shape, work on our health, and make a conscious effort to try to eat better. Unfortunately, things do not always work out like that, we get busy, are too tired, or just lose the urge to get in shape. As I get older, I am realizing just how important it is to stay in shape, not just because my jeans do not fit, but because not exercising regularly or eating a balanced diet can affect you more than you know. Don't get me wrong I am horrible when it comes to sticking to strict diets, I love almost all the bad stuff. This is when having an iPhone or smart phone comes in handy, you can download work out apps right to your phone and do them in the comfort of your own home. I decided to share a few of my favorite ones and what type of exercises they consist of.
